The Public Procurement calculator is being built. Every deadline is encoded from its primary source, with deemed service and clear days applied, and verified before release, the same way the England & Wales calculator works today.
Framework: Procurement Act 2023 (in force 24 February 2025)
Deadlines this calculator will cover
- Standstill of eight working days from the contract award notice
- Challenge within thirty days of knowledge
- Set-aside longstop (the earlier of thirty days and six months)
