The reserved legal activities defined in section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007, including the conduct of litigation, the exercise of rights of audience, reserved instrument activities, probate activities, notarial activities, and the administration of oaths, are not provided by Thesmios Ltd or Deadline Engine.

If you are a solicitor or barrister using Deadline Engine, you remain solely responsible for your compliance with the SRA Handbook or the BSB Handbook for barristers, and your professional duties to your client.
