Deadlines this calculator will cover
- Three-year limitation from accrual or knowledge (s.11)
- Date of knowledge analysis (s.14) and s.33 discretion
- Fatal Accidents Act claims (three years)
- Letter of claim and protocol response windows
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme (two years)
