The Personal Injury calculator is being built. Every deadline is encoded from its primary source, with deemed service and clear days applied, and verified before release, the same way the England & Wales calculator works today.

  • Three-year limitation from accrual or knowledge (s.11)
  • Date of knowledge analysis (s.14) and s.33 discretion
  • Fatal Accidents Act claims (three years)
  • Letter of claim and protocol response windows
  • Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme (two years)
