Homelessness review and appeal deadline calculator
Section 202 gives 21 days to request a review of a homelessness decision and section 204 gives 21 days from notification of the review decision to appeal to the county court. Both are short, both run from notification rather than the decision date, and the review period itself is prescribed by regulation.
