  • Same 21-day period as 2009 r 40(3). Corrected on verification: the 2009 comparator was mis-cited. The equivalent provision is 2009 r 41(3) ('Disposal of documents'), not r 40(3). Rule 40 in the Schedule to SI 2009/224 is headed 'Change of agent' and contains no time limit; r 41(3) reads: 'Other documents shall be destroyed unless the Registrar (on a written application made within 21 days of the end of the proceedings) directs otherwise.' The 2024 rule and period are unaffected.
