- Part II of Order 55 does not apply to county court appeals or appeals by case stated (rule 13(2)) and yields to any specific provision made by other rules or statute (rule 13(3)). The notice of motion must be served within the same 21 days (rule 15(1)), and appeal books lodged within 7 days after entry (rule 16). Where the Registrar of Titles refers an application under section 53 of the Land Regi
