- A case management date the tribunal varies readily. Rule 23(5) simply requires a late response to include a request for an extension of time and the reason it was not provided in time; there is no equivalent of the rule 22(7) bar on admission. In information rights appeals the Commissioner routinely seeks and obtains extensions, particularly where the disputed material is voluminous or a closed bundle is needed.
