Proof takes the form of an affidavit of service in Form 20 (with the relevant annexures for the mode used), a certificate of service by an authorised person under provincial or territorial rules, or an admission of service (r 20(8)(a) to (f)). Proof of service of either the printed or the electronic version is sufficient (r 20(7)).
