- Rule 7.06(4) - the date must be no more than twenty-five days after the day the request is made, 'unless the parties agree or a judge orders otherwise'.
- Two related 25-day caps operate here: r 7.05(3) measured from filing of the notice, and r 7.06(4) measured from the day the request to the prothonotary is made. Rule 7.06(5) then requires the applicant to file the notice no more than one day after the prothonotary provides a time and date.
