Sixty clear working days is a very long calendar span, in the region of three calendar months once weekends and closure days are excluded, so this is one of the entries where the gap between the Rule 94 count and a naive calendar count is largest. Outstanding undertakings also bear on r 4.13(1), which gates a request for a date assignment conference on discovery being complete.
