- ADDED ON VERIFICATION. Falls due twenty-five days before the affidavit disclosing documents under r 15.03(1) and runs from the same trigger, close of pleadings. Rule 14.14(5): a corporate party to an APPLICATION need not designate a manager unless a judge directs otherwise, so this deadline is specific to defended actions.
