Interpretation Act s 25.2(1) defines 'week' as "a period of 7 consecutive days", and s 25.2(2) and (3) apply to weeks in the same way as to days, so 6 weeks is 42 days computed on the clear-days basis by virtue of the 'at least' uplift in s 25.2(3)(b). A party may oppose the request within 5 days of being served with it: r 43(2). Quorum and constitution of divisions are governed by Court of Appeal Act s 4.
