- An offer expressed as limited in time must be open for not less than 14 days after service (r 26.03(3)). Corrected on verification: County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2018 r 3.01(5) and Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 r 3.01(5) remain confined to an act done at an office of the Court, so unlike the Supreme Court there is no rollover for a purely inter partes act in those courts.
