- r 6(1) general extension/abridgement power. PD 4.2: "If notice of intention to proceed is not given in time, an application for an extension of time must be made before proceeding with giving the notice of intention to proceed."
- Where the Board itself grants permission there is NO separate notice of appeal: r 19(1)(a) provides that the application for permission stands as the notice of appeal and r 19(1)(b) limits the grounds to those for which permission was granted. Filing this notice, with the prescribed fee, converts the permission application into an issued notice of appeal (PD 3.50). Same 14-day period as 2009 r 17(1)(c).
