- Absolute bar. The only qualification is art 30(7), under which the Committee may review a striking-off order where new evidence relevant to it becomes available, applying art 33(4) to (8) as if it were a restoration application.

Article 33(9) allows the Committee to suspend indefinitely the right to make further applications after a second or subsequent unsuccessful application; art 33(10) then imposes a 3-year wait before review.
