  • As for the oral limb: extension requires an application to the Court of Appeal under CPR 52.15 / CPR 3.1(2)(a) and is not routinely granted.
  • This is the normal route, following a written rule 107 request. Note the trigger is RECEIPT of the Tribunal's decision on permission, not the date of the decision, so record the date of notification by the Registrar. The 14 days runs identically whether permission was granted or refused: if granted, it is the deadline to file the notice; if refused, it is the deadline to renew
