When is the deadline for notice of intention to appear on a winding up petition?

The catalogue records a 3 days period from The hearing of a creditor's winding up petition (CWR Order 3, Part II), notice to be given to the petitioner's attorneys. On a company's own petition the equivalent notice runs to the company's attorneys under O.3 r.20(1); on a CIMA petition to the Authority's attorneys under O.3 r.16(3).
