Calculation basis and source
- Period
- 3 working-days
- Trigger
- Date of the hearing of the motion
- Counting
- The encoded calculator method must be independently documented before publication.
- Rollovers and holidays
- Holiday, closure and order treatment must be independently documented before publication.
This route remains in preparation until a pinpoint official source is recorded.
- Rule 23.09(2) - a judge may restrict cross-examination. Rule 2.03(1)(c).
- For a motion of more than half a day the figure is 5 days, except 3 days for a rebuttal affidavit. For a motion of half an hour or less the chart says 'reschedule' rather than giving a period - if cross-examination is required on a half-hour motion the motion must be rescheduled, so no date can be computed for that column.
