The appeal right is conferred by the Small Claims Act, SNB 2012, c 15 and is limited to a question of law or jurisdiction (s 42.1(2)). The trigger is the FILING of the adjudicator's written decision under s 36(1)(b), not the hearing or the oral advice of the outcome under s 36(2).
