  • Extendable under r 3.02(1).
  • A party intending to call an expert witness must file and serve its own statement within 14 days after being served (r 77.09(3)), and any rebutting statement within a further 14 days (r 77.09(4)). An owner may not tender a third party offer to purchase unless notice with full particulars is served on the authority at least 15 days before the trial date (r 77.10). Rule 77.05 sets 14-day periods for the authority's reply, the owner's particulars of claim and the authority's reply to particulars.
