- Distribution within the 210 days is permitted by order of the court, or on the consents specified in s 155(1.1) (testate: all beneficiaries with an interest in the estate and all persons who may bring a wills variation proceeding under Division 6 of Part 4) or s 155(1.2) (intestate: all intestate successors entitled to a share). Section 155(1.3) permits distribution without a particular consent if the personal representative sets aside the amounts specified.

It is calibrated to the wills variation window (180 days to commence under s 61(1)(a) plus 30 days to serve under s 61(1)(b) equals 210 days), so an engine should surface all three together.
