- DCR r 29 disapplies RSC O 33 (entry for trial) and RSC O 4A (case management) in the District Court, so do not use the Supreme Court entry-for-trial machinery here. Preparatory step: r 37(4)(a) requires the plaintiff, at least 14 days before entering, to ask each other party for their unavailable dates within the following 40 days, and r 37(4)(b) deems a party available if it does not answer within 7 days.
