- Does not apply to so much of a judgment as requires payment of money otherwise than into court, a judgment for possession of land, or a judgment for delivery of goods (r 59.03(3)). Corrected on verification: r 59.03(1) of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 is reworded: the 14 days is now expressed as the time within which the act shall be done rather than as a term the judgment must contain, and the qualification is 'unless the Court fixes another time or otherwise orders'. Rules 59.03(4) and (5) of the revoked 2015 Rules, which allowed the Court to fix a time where the judgment fixed none, have not been reproduced. Corrected on verification: the rollover was encoded as 'review' because the act is not done at the office of the Court and r 3.01(5) of the revoked 2015 Rules was confined to such acts. Rule 3.01(5) of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 omits the words 'at the office of the Court', so the rollover to the next open day now applies to this act.
