  • Corrected on verification: r 77.06.7(2) of the revoked 2015 Rules required the respondent to SERVE a copy of the notice of cross-appeal within 14 days. Rule 77.06.7(2) of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 requires the notice of cross-appeal to be FILED within 14 days, with service separately required within 5 days of filing by the new r 77.06.7(2.1). Corrected on verification: the rollover was encoded as 'review' because the act is not done at the office of the Court and r 3.01(5) of the revoked 2015 Rules was confined to such acts. Rule 3.01(5) of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 omits the words 'at the office of the Court', so the rollover to the next open day now applies to this act.
