- Corrected on verification: the period was encoded as 7 days on the strength of r 64.06(5) of the revoked 2015 Rules. Rule 64.06(5) of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 requires the Form 64C list to be filed within 5 days after service. Because this is a period of 5 days or less, r 3.01(4) applies and every day on which the office of the Court is closed falling within the period must be excluded from the count. Note also that r 64.11(7) now applies Rules 64.06 (other than paragraph (5)) to 64.08 to documents filed in response.
