Rule 23.03.3 provides that a conditional appearance has effect for all purposes as an UNCONDITIONAL appearance unless, on application by the defendant, the Court or a Justice otherwise orders. If the r 23.03.4 application is not made within 14 days, the objection to jurisdiction, to the originating process, or to service is effectively lost because the appearance operates unconditionally. Note the express words 'after the day', putting the exclusion of the filing day beyond doubt.
