  • Form 12A, 10 page cap, at least 12 point with 1.5 line spacing (rr 25.07.2 and 25.07.4). Rule 25.07.5 requires that where the defendant disputes or seeks to supplement facts in the application or supporting affidavits, an affidavit setting out those facts must be filed and served AT THE TIME of filing the response, not afterwards.
