This deadline therefore runs in parallel with, and not sequentially after, the r 42.03 notice of appeal deadline and the r 42.13.10 core appeal book deadline. Submissions in Form 27A, chronology in Form 27B, 20 page cap. Rule 44.02.4 requires an indexed book of further material to be filed and served with the submissions where reliance is placed on material not reproduced in the core appeal book. 'Appellant' includes a moving party before the Full Court (r 44.01.2).
