- r 1.39; r 1.34. A party who has filed a submitting notice may apply for leave to withdraw it (r 12.01(3)).
- Added on verification: missing from the researched catalogue, which referred to submitting notices in several notes without encoding the period. Available to a party who does not want to contest the relief sought. The submitting notice must state that the party submits to any order the Court may make, state whether the party wants to be heard on costs, and include an address for service. For a party served with an originating application the trigger is instead the return date, which cannot be reduced to a period.
