Computed under r 1.61, not the Acts Interpretation Act, because the period is fixed by the Rules. Rule 1.61(2) excludes the day of service; r 1.61(5) requires every day from 24 December to 14 January to be left out; r 1.61(4) allows filing on the next business day.
